We start by understanding what you want to build or improve, whether it’s an app or a website. From there, we can agree on a focused build, assess an existing mobile app through a health sprint, or work with your team on an ongoing basis.

    Mobile Product Health Sprint

    We look at how your app is built, how it behaves in production and how your team develops and releases it. That covers architecture, crashes, performance, analytics, monitoring, testing and technical risk. You get a written assessment with priorities and practical next steps, whether we continue together or not.

    Focused Build Partnership

    We agree on one clear outcome and work towards it together. That could be launching an app or website, building a technical prototype, adding a major feature, modernising a critical flow or making an existing product more reliable.

    Fractional Product Engineering Lead

Hey, I’m Ricardo.

I started Yonko Level as a place to build things I care about. I’ve spent more than ten years working on apps across travel, health, payments and creative technology, and the last five building our own too. I love figuring out how things work and making something useful from what I learn. Teaching people and helping them build their own things is a big part of that too.

When we work together, you’ll be working directly with me. If a project needs more people, I bring in friends and collaborators I’ve worked with for years, across design and engineering. You’ll know who’s involved and what each of us is working on.
